For information and guidance on the services provided by the Municipality of Paphos and the Paphos Sewerage Board

 

In the framework of efforts to upgrade public services, the Municipality of Paphos has constructed and is currently operating the facility of the Citizen Services Centre geared towards assisting citizens requiring services offered by the Municipality as well as the Pafos Sewerage Council.

Utilizing modern IT and telecommunications technology, the Paphos Citizens Service Centre provides two types of services: (a) on-site and (b) requiring applications, which are received and forwarded to the relevant Departments/Services for evaluation and conclusion of service.

Furthermore, a landline is available for people to direct their questions to a Municipality official on the services offered, which might include receiving information on the documents needed to process applications, requests and services as well as submitting complaints/recommendations for examination and implementation by the competent authority.

The various application forms are also posted on the Pafos Municipality websites www.Pafos.org.cy and www.SAPA.org.cy

The guide was prepared with the aim of immediately informing and guiding the citizen on all  services offered, most significantly all the steps they should follow to complete their request, complaint or application in the shortest possible time. The information in this form involves general purposes and does not constitute a detailed description of the procedures followed at the Centre.
