The project offers eGovernment services to the municipality of Pafos. The term "electronic government" means the use of technology and electronic media to improve communication between the municipality and its citizens, and to provide services to them. Centerpiece of the program is to include people of any age in any social group they might belong. Certain provisions will be made for people with disabilities or weakness (auditory, visual, etc.) and will provide audiovisual content. Access to this system can be done through internet, mobile phones, infokiosks and internet television.
The participants are, except for the Municipality of Pafos, local authorities from Spain, Italy, England and Greece. The project coordinator is a spanish research and software development company IDI EIKON. The budget of the project is € 5,000,000 of which € 235,000 are attributable to the Municipality of Pafos.

Funded by the European Programme Leonardo Da Vinci. The main goal of the project is to train the local authorities and coastal communities, particularly in tourist areas, in subjects related to integrated coastal zone management and to address the impact of climate change. It adopts the Lisbon strategy aiming to transform Europe in a society of knowledge. Coordinator and scientific advisor of the project is the cypriot research and consultancy company Isotech. The project partners are the Cypriot NGO AKTI, the Municpality of Pafos, the Aegean Network (comprising of more than 30 local authorities in the Aegean Sea and also other bodies), the company Onisis which is responsible for developing the web applications, the Municipality of Kirkop in Malta and the organisation EUCC (Coastal and Marine Union) from the Netherlands, which operates in the coastal zone and has 2700 members in 40 countries and 17 offices around European.
